TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I PURCHASED A GAS STOVE AT THE STORE AT SW MILITARY DRIVE AT SAN ANTONIO TEXAS . MY STOVE STARTED ON FIRE ON MARCH 3 2009 EARLY MORNING CALLED THE STORE MADE A REPORT HAD NO RESPONSE.CALLED ANOTHER STORE HAD BETTER RESPONSE BUT THEY ALSO WHERE GETTING THE RUN AROUND. CALLED AGAIN HAD A WORKER GO OUT THERE SAID COULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE STOVE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME THAT AFTERNOON BUT NO ONE DID. ITS SATURDAY AND STILL NO RESPOSE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW STOVE AT HOME DEPOT CAUSE I COULD NOT GO WITHOUT ANOTHER DAY WITH OUT ONE. HERE WE ARE AT THE END OF THE MONTH AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPONY. ALSO HAVE A WASHER STILL NEED TO GET FIX AND SILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO? YOU SEND SURVAYS FOR WHAT? HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO WAIT? I NOW A LAW SUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
